Before the exam
Support may include explaining the opportunity, identifying approved pre-licensing education, reviewing study expectations, and helping the recruit understand jurisdiction-specific requirements.
After the exam
DominionStar helps recruits identify fingerprinting or background-review requirements, navigate the application process, and understand resident or non-resident licensing where appropriate.
After licensing
Training can occur one-on-one or through Zoom. The focus includes onboarding, compliance, company systems, products, illustrations, communication, prospecting, client readiness, business development, and leadership.
Long-term development
The journey continues through service, professional growth, recruiting, mentorship, and developing future leaders responsibly.
