The DominionStar Promise
Recruiting is only the beginning. DominionStar helps each person understand the process, complete the appropriate steps, and develop responsibly before serving clients or building a team.
Course selection, study expectations, exam preparation, and accountability.
Fingerprinting where required, license applications, and jurisdiction-specific guidance.
Onboarding, compliance, appointments, E&O, AML, and system access where applicable.
Company systems, illustrations, product education, communication, and supervised development.
“We do not recruit people and leave them to figure everything out by themselves.”
DominionStar is built around guidance, mentorship, training, accountability, and responsible progression.
Seven Stages
The sequence may vary by jurisdiction, provider, licensing status, and individual readiness.
Understand DominionStar, the independent opportunity, expectations, and disclosures before deciding.
Choose an approved pre-licensing provider for the applicable jurisdiction and create a study plan.
After passing, DominionStar helps identify the next required steps rather than leaving the recruit alone.
Complete required setup before regulated activity or compensation.
Training begins before independent client activity. Delivery may be one-on-one or by Zoom.
Begin activity only after licensing, appointments, training, and readiness requirements are satisfied.
Experienced professionals learn to recruit, mentor, train, and guide others through the same journey.
Post-License Training
DominionStar develops readiness before asking a new professional to approach clients or family members.
Systems, compliance, expectations, schedule, and professional standards.
Carrier systems, product education, illustrations, and approved materials.
Discovery conversations, documentation, suitability, and clear explanations.
Prospecting, recruiting, referrals, time management, and developing others.
Jurisdiction & Compliance
Some U.S. jurisdictions require fingerprinting as part of licensing; others use different background-review procedures.
DominionStar helps professionals understand resident licensing first and non-resident licensing when appropriate.
Errors & Omissions coverage and periodic Anti-Money Laundering education may be required before certain activities or compensation.
Carrier and platform access depends on licensing, contracting, appointments, jurisdiction, training, and suitability.
DominionStar may recruit in Canada through the broader platform. Licensing, products, and service arrangements follow applicable provincial and provider requirements.
DominionStar may not be used for illegal conduct, money laundering, unfair trade practices, misrepresentation, or activity outside licensing and compliance rules.
